DBX707

The Supercar of SUVs

697 hp Power
3.1 s 0–60 MPH

DBX707 is the most powerful luxury SUV in the world: 697 horsepower and 663 lb-ft of torque from a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8, delivered through a nine-speed wet-clutch automatic to all four wheels. It reaches 60 mph in 3.1 seconds and continues to 193 mph. This is the presence of an Aston Martin and the reactions of a supercar, in the height, space and usability of an SUV.

No Compromise Required

Supercar performance, without surrendering a single practicality.

DBX707 was never conceived as an SUV with sporting pretensions. It was engineered as an Aston Martin that happens to seat five, carry 22.5 cubic feet of luggage and stand 66.1 inches tall. Bespoke turbochargers, a wet-clutch nine-speed transmission, carbon ceramic brakes and 48-volt active roll control are not options on a list; they are the standard specification. The result is a car that dispatches a mountain road with the intent of a sports car, then completes the journey in silence and comfort.

Design

Every line of DBX707 is drawn in service of intent. A deeper front grille and enlarged air intakes feed the twin-turbocharged V8 and cool the carbon ceramic brakes behind them, while the extended splitter and reprofiled rear diffuser manage air along a body measuring 198.4 inches long and 78.7 inches wide.

Standard 22-inch wheels fill the arches with purpose, with 23-inch cast or forged alloys available for those who want greater presence still. Quad exhaust outlets and darkened detailing mark the car out as the most potent DBX ever built, without resorting to theatre.

Interior

The 2025 update brought an entirely new cabin. A 12.3-inch driver's display, larger than that of DB12 or Vantage, sits alongside a 10.25-inch central touchscreen using Pure Black technology with capacitive gesture control. Wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, multiple USB-C connections and full online connectivity through the Aston Martin app are all integrated.

Crucially, the digital does not displace the physical. Gear selection, drive modes, climate, suspension and exhaust retain dedicated controls, placed where the hand expects them. Five seats and 22.5 cubic feet of luggage space are served by an 800W, 14-speaker Aston Martin Premium Audio system as standard, with a 1,600W, 23-speaker Bowers & Wilkins surround system available.

Performance

Adaptive triple-chamber air suspension with quad spring rates works with Damptronic Sky adaptive damping to alter the car's character completely between settings. A 48-volt electronic active roll control system, eARC, holds the body flat through corners without the ride penalty a conventional anti-roll bar would impose.

Drive is distributed by an all-wheel-drive system with Dynamic Torque Vectoring, and arrested by carbon ceramic brakes measuring 420 mm at the front and 390 mm at the rear. The nine-speed wet-clutch transmission, housed in cast magnesium, shifts up to 30 percent faster than a conventional automatic. Together they give DBX707 a driving character closer to a sports car than to any SUV.
